Visco Flex is a type of memory foam developed by NASA in the 1970s. We haven’t forced it into our mattress design for the vague marketing cloud; the material serves a purpose. The Yinahla Visco Flex mattress has a 20-year warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- User negligence, misuse or abuse
- Manufacturing irregularities that do not affect the performance of the bed
- Customer preference issues
- Handle damage; they are not designed to lift, turn or move the mattress
Here are our 3 top tips for maintaining your Premier Luxe mattress:
- Rotate your mattress once a month.
Our Visco Flex mattresses are single-sided mattresses and do not need to be flipped. They do need to be rotated head to toe; do so twice in the first month, then monthly thereafter. - Always use a waterproof mattress protector.

Purchase a supportive bed base.
We recommend placing your visco memory foam mattress on a Chiropedic bed base.
As is true of all other mattresses, a good bed base will only enhance every benefit of your new visco mattress. Here are three tips for choosing a suitable bed base:
- Choose a bed base with a breathable insulating cover.
- Choose a slatted bed base with slats no more than 14cm wide to maximise ventilation.
- The gaps between the slats should be no wider than 10cm to maximise support.

It took almost 40 years but I now have a king size bed. Not just any bed but a bed that told my body it’s still young and those back problems can be cured with a bloody fantastic mattress. So I must of laid on 100 mattresses in stores and then got myself into a mess about the benefits of every type of stuffing, filler and fabric known to man. I mean I laid on a bed that was made for astronauts, who knew astronauts were the supposedly most qualified judge of a comfortable bed. So after a full 12 months of my life trying beds and dealing with a bad back I finally cracked it. Read some reviews and laid down the credit card thinking I can return it if it doesn’t work.
The bed arrived and my dream of being an adult was coming to fruition. I bought the base as well and had an easy time using my adult skills to assemble it then the big event. The mattress was placed on the base, I stood back to admire it, I but the clean sheets and laid down with nothing but hope and a prayer it would be comfortable. I laid on my back, my side, my tummy and could not fault the comfort. The relief in the morning when I got out of bed and my almost 40 year old back didn’t scream and my knees didn’t pop is testimony to the amazing mattress. As the days have turned to months on my dream cloud I have added to my lists of loves - I can’t feel my husband move, it’s not too difficult to rotate, there’s no sink holes and most of all while o can now bound out of bed I just want to stay in it and enjoy the pure joy of a good mattress.
