With a generous 150 night Trial period, you’ll have ample time to feel the benefits of sleeping on the Premier Firm mattress. We do recommend you sleep on the mattress for at least 14 nights.
If your mattress does not live up to expectations within your trial period, you can return it for a full refund.
Alternatively, we can replace your mattress with another from our range. Discuss your issues with our friendly staff, and we will recommend a suitable mattress design.
All mattress orders are sent from our factory in Melbourne. Our approximate mattress delivery times are:

- All other areas within 21 business days.

The warranty does not cover:
