If you’re looking for a new mattress, you can try out any mattress in our range of premium-quality mattresses for 100 nights, risk-free. We know that finding the perfect mattress takes time. That’s why we offer such a generous trial period. We want you to be absolutely sure that your new mattress is right for you. You simply can’t understand how incredibly comfortable and supportive our mattresses are until you give them a try!
We encourage our customers to sleep on the new mattress for a minimum of 14 nights before deciding to exchange. This ensures the body has had some time to adjust to the new mattress. And if you decide you don’t like it, we’ll happily exchange it for another Yinahla mattress or refund the total purchase price.
Returning your mattress is easy. If you live in a Metro location (Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Hobart & Perth), we’ll cover the cost of shipping it back to us. All returned mattresses from Metro areas are donated to our charity partner, the Salvos, to help those in need.
Live outside these areas? We will do our best to locate a charity in your area to pick up your mattress. If unsuccessful, the purchaser covers the cost to a nominated Metro depot. As returned mattresses go to charity, they must be in an as-new condition with no damage, stains, marks or rips. We highly recommend you retain the original packaging of the mattress during the trial period and use a quality mattress protector to prevent damage.
If you choose to swap over the mattress, you will need to pay the price difference if it is more expensive. Alternatively, we will refund you the difference in price if it is cheaper.
Please note the trial is limited to one mattress swap or return per household, delivery address or order. If you need to purchase multiple mattresses, we recommend buying one first to make sure you are happy, then place another order.
If you would like to swap or return your mattress, please email [email protected]
Premium quality mattresses are made with high-quality materials and construction. Australian made mattresses use the best materials and construction techniques to provide a good night’s sleep. Mattress companies often spend a lot of money on research and development to create a product that is comfortable and long-lasting.
Non-toxic, environmentally-friendly materials can be costly to manufacture and procure. Mattresses that provide confidence to consumers via third-party endorsements that certify their safety for asthma and allergen-sufferers can also be more expensive than those that don’t. Finally, pocket spring mattresses, which provide superior back support and performance over time, can increase the cost of your mattress.
Premium mattresses are expensive because they’re well made and designed to provide a lifetime of comfort and support. For example, our own Australian-made Yinahla Premium mattress range uses the best materials and construction techniques which make every mattress comfortable and built to last for over 20 years.
